I am the Founder, CEO, Creative Director, and Lead Photographer at Williams Media - I also do video, photo retouching, and graphic design. I have 6 years of professional experience, and absolutely love what I do. I am comfortable shooting both studio and location. I shoot with a Canon EOS Rebel T3I DSLR, and have professional gear such as 5 mobile LED lights, Manfrotto tripod, lenses, filters, diffusers, etc. I also have a team behind me, and come with an assistant or two for setup/lighting when needed.

I specialize in night / low-light photography. From the start of my career, I learned that night photography was the most difficult to master, so I made that my first career goal - thinking once I can manage that, it should be all downhill from there. It turns out I was right - I find daytime and indoor shoots very easy, so I focus on night photography, since usually it is hard to find a skilled night photographer. I certainly take any other work that comes my way though.

My personal interests and specialties include:

You will notice that a lot in my photos. I'm OCD, the most detail oriented person you will ever find (I promise you that), and a 100% perfectionist - If it isn't 100% perfect, it sucks, stop being lazy, find your problem, and fix it. There is no excuse for a 99% perfect shot unless you are rushed or your equipment is damaged - both of which you could have taken steps to avoid.

I have taken many photos of still objects, places, and male subjects - but lately I am trying to add some female subjects to my portfolio.

I am very professional, and I take what I do very seriously. I'm not really here to play, I'm here to work - so we can hang out on personal time, but when you are on my time - it's time to get shit done. I'm also married, so I won't be hitting on you like most guys in this industry ;P

I put thorough planning, concepting, and location scouting into my shoots.

I know that some models like to charge for shoots, but you should know that models also pay over $500 for headshots. I never intend to pay a model - no professional photographer should - and if you ladies are smart, you won't pay for photos either. In an ideal business situation - both the photographer AND the model should be paid by a third-party client. The client typically pays for the model, and also for the photographer to shoot the model.

That being said, I'm here to help you ladies out as much as I am here to make money. I am listing my services and portfolio here to network and get paid work, plain and simple, but I have a lot of respect for what you ladies do, and I try to keep myself busy with TF shoots between paid gigs.

TF = 'Time For' or 'Trade For' - It means I am trading my time and effort for your time and effort, and we both get the benefit of portfolio pieces which we can both use to pull in paid jobs. You supply the beautiful model, I supply the skilled photographer. Your beauty makes me look good, my skill makes you look good - we both win. Models and photographers should be teaming up to BOTH make money from agencies...

I am, however, very selective about my TF shoots. I will only do one if I believe the model is very professional, is or can make progress in their career, and take their craft very seriously - that and of course you have to be able to improve my portfolio as well. You should only do a TF shoot with me if I possess those same qualities. In my opinion, I do, but I can provide references as well. I doubt you will find a photographer that will take the time that I do in order to ensure perfection.

I encourage any female model to bring a male escort to every photo shoot with every photographer. It is a crazy world, and I hate hearing about some of the things that happen. I will ALWAYS allow an escort - but I do like to put them to work holding lights, bounce boards, etc. I do have one rule though: I expect them to give me no problems if I need them to move, stand in a specific place, or get out of the way - usually to avoid casting a shadow, altering a reflection, or to give me room to get my shot.
