Mike Collado, a graduate from Passaic HS and Montclair State College in New Jersey, is a producer/photographer with 15 years experience in Film, TV and Internet marketing. He attended the Millennium Film Academy in New York where he earned a certificate in film production.

Serving as a producer and director of photography on shows like TAINO TV, LATINFLAVA TV, Mike joined PERFECT IMAGE TV FILM AND VIDEO PRODUCTIONS, a provider for TELEMUNDO /NBC, to develop and produce a show called “THE ROOF” which aired everyday on the sister channel MUN2. Mike also worked as a producer/cameraman for the CHOSEN FEW documentary.

Searching to form a new concept in Latino youth television, Mike Collado formed a new Internet and cable network show of his own called RUMBA CALIENTE. His skills continue to extend in Cinematography; Mike has worked on music videos for Merengue sensation AMARFIS, FULANITO and for up-and-coming artists in the NY/NJ area. In 2004, Mike Collado reunited with director Albert Xavier as a producer for 2 short films, “A DIFFERENT MAN” and “CLOSURE.” Today, Mike Collado is developing and co-producing, PETER JACKKNIFE: THE TALE OF PEDRO NAVAJA, an independent film.
