My name is Anya and I'm the owner and operator of Blue Lotus Photography. I love working in many areas of photography: Pinup, Glamour, Art, Maternity, Wedding, Children, Advertisment...you name it, I'm probably willing to give it a go. I love working with natural light, parlicularly for portaits, and black and white has also always been a friend of mine. I believe in an organic approach to directing my models - which basically means I let you know what I'm looking for in the beginning, and trust that you have the strength and experience to show me what I'm looking for, without me telling you what to do in each frame, unless the shoot is a rather picky one. I come from a theatre background as well as photography, so I'm always willing to work with you to make something amazing happen :)
