Heya creeps!
I'm Femme, a performance artist in the New England area. Primarily, I lead, and have founded the Boston-based horror burlesque troupe The Slaughterhouse Sweethearts, am an avid go-go dancer for both live bands, and club nights, and perform in other burlesque acts around the city. I have a big backround in traditional dance, acting, and performance. While I'm not a very experienced model, I have a big interest, and find my primary talents really lend a hand in helping me have a charismatic, and fun appeal in photos.
I have a very alternative appearance(four tattoos, nose piercing, dyed hair), but due to the necessity to play many roles in performance, I am always up for pulling off a new look, and getting into character.
So, now that that's all out of the way.
I model very rarely, but would like to do it more often. The fact is, I'm not into most concepts I'm offered. While I would be thrilled to do spooky, horror cheesecake shoots(not in a cheap hot topic costume, with fake blood, and and axe. Please, no more. I LOVE horror, I like doing it right) what I'm really interested in doing is shoots that actually mean something to the other artist im working with. As in real exoticism, real fear, real bizarre. Send me a challenge, send me something frightful. If you have ideas like that, I would love to possibly be your model. It can be simple, and can be complex. Let's collaborate, and see what we can come up with. I do not have a industry body. I'm not an industry minded person. I just want to make art.
I will gladly accept TFP/CD assignments to help build my portfolio. However, if you want me fully naked, and I wasn't the one to make first contact, I will possibly require compensation. Rates are negotiable, and don't necessarily need to be monetary.
While my stage persona is often very violent, hyper sexual, and dominating, in person I'd like to say I'm a very sweet, harmless, cartoon-like personality. Admittedly, i can be shy at first. I get very excited about new projects, and am incredibly creatively motivated. I'm very interested, in over time, using this website as a way to get more bold, and adventurous in this art form.
