I joined MM to find more work in the modeling industry. It's a job I love to do. I noticed that you don't have your own pic here on your main profile page. I'd like to help you and show you how to replace the "No Avatar, newb" sign with your own pic. Here is how u do it..
First, scroll up above to the black toolbar, and click on the "My Stuff" button.
Then, when it takes you to the next page, click on the "Manage Photos" button in blue letters.
Then, when you get to the next page again, decide which pic that you would like on your main profile page. You can only have 1. Next to the one that you choose, click on the "Set as Avatar" button.
That's it!!! Your pic is now on your main profile page !!!

To place one of your images as your avatar and get rid of the (newb) box, go to 'my stuff" and than manage photos.  You will find a link under your non-rated images to choose the image you want to represent your profile.
