Kumiko Watari, born and raised in Osaka, Japan, established a strong minded and unique brand called “migh-T by Kumiko Watari” in 2007 after graduating from Central Saint Martins college. After years of textile education, exploring mixed media and Japanese traditional dying techniques, Kumiko has created this brand which expresses her technical background and artistic perspective.

“Migh-T by Kumiko Watari” combines unique hand drawn prints with a love of story telling to produce clothes with a strong character and humorous narrative.
