Ronald Mills a.k.a. Bilal Bilal is a master designer,tailor, and stylist. He was born in the city of brotherly love - Philadelphia. Designing was a passion of his from childhood. Ronald pursued his tailoring career at Bok Technical High School for three years, then moved on to Tracy Warner Fashion Design College where he graduated with top honors. During this time he also had the pleasure to be trained by some of the best renowned Italian tailors and designers in the world. There he received the Golden Thumble Award for his expertise in styling for big and tall men.

Having worked with some of America's top manufactures, such as Guess Jeans, Mr. Mills worked along side Maurice and Paul Marcinao, Noan Miller costume designer, Carol Little of California, and with Western Costume Company. By then Ronald had achieved the skills of a master designer. Along his journey he had the pleasure to work with celebrities, entertainer, and dignitaries such as: Danny Glover, Patti Labelle, Michael Jackson, Wendy Williams, Al Jarreau, The Honorable Pennsylvania Governor Mr. Ed Rendell and the former President of Ghana Jerry J. Rawlings.

While living in California , Ronald attended UCLA studying costuming for film and television. After which he got a chance to work on many T.V. and film projects. Due to his mother's illness Ronald felt obligated to return home to Philadelphia. His mother passed away a few years later leaving Ronald heartbroken. After his mother passing, he decided to begin more world traveling t stay consistent with current fashions and focusing on being timeless in it's quality and on his most recent trip to Paris he got to work hands-on with a few Couture designer houses.

Ronald cuts, fits, styles and designs with an artful eye, while executing the extraordinary ability to create the most dynamic men, women, and children apparel. From sportswear to formal wear, as well as urban gear. Specializing in Haute Couture and currently back at work. With over 20 years of experience, Ronald is and will always be a fashion force to be reckoned with.
