The date is Thursady, August 12 at The Federal Bar & Club in North Hollywood. We have worked with this venue over the past year and a half throwing amazing and succesfull themed parties. We've had performance artists such as "Reason", The Closer-2011 season, A nine piece Jazz band, The Delish Dames Burlesque, Stefano Langone-American Idol, DJ Adam, and DJ Sonik. Break dancing crews hosted by Joshua Allen, So You Think You Can Dance-Winner and Coco-Carnival. We love throwing some of the hottest parties in LA! We've decided that this event will be called "Bikinis & Martinis" and our goal is to promote a few awesome bikini designers and exotic martinis for our Vodka sponsor to heat up the summer. We have the ability to run your logo on the flyers, tickets, backdrop, put up banners and run a slide show of photos before and after the fashion show. We expect there to be a lot of attendees purchasing/ordering items from our designers after the show and will have a designated "vip" area to set up shop to take orders. I can either run that for you or you can send a rep. There is a private back room where the models will be changing to walk the stage. I will have hair/makeup artists for the models and will be casting models over the next two weeks. She can choose her own models and music. I will want to do a fitting at least 10-15 days before the event to make sure the girls look great and do their best to make your work look fantastic! Our flyers and links to the event will be ready sometime in the next week so I'll need the logo by Monday. The coolest thing about this venue is that it reminds me of a speakeasy. Its like being vip at an awards show but this time its all about bikinis! We will have some tickets for whoever wants to come out from the company. Hope that you are able to enjoy this event with us!
Would she be able to give the models who wear her line a bikini for trade? Let me know. She can do as many or as few as she wants. I already have Smack, La Rouge Bikinis, and Fresh Peaches. Looking for one more designer and I will have her be the big finale. There are tables in the back where her party can sit and watch the show and have drinks.
