Rosie Rodriguez is a professional, hard-working and determined young woman who has dedicated her life to encouraging many women with insecurities. Rosie is currently the Executive Director of NY Curves Fashion week and VP of Latino Make Up & Beauty Show. She has worked in several fields but her degree, strength, and experience has been in business and finance.

Rosie is also 6'0 tall hispanic plus size model. She has modeled for over 6 years. Her interest in this industry emerged when her brother gave her the courage to submit some of her photos. She wasn't always confident. If it weren't for her brother becoming a photographer and using her as his model, the spark wouldn’t have ignited to pursue the dream of becoming a model. Due to her brother's uplifting words and boosting her self-esteem, she was able to overcome her lack of self-confidence and know that you do not have to be a size 2 to model and act. It was this day, that she began to demonstrate her skills by submitting photos and seeing what would come out of it.

Rosie has experience in working with several talent agencies, up and coming designers, Latin Fashion Week NYC, walking in fashion shows; her most recent shows being
NYPD National Night Out, Diva Plus Consignment Store Launch in MD, Runway the Real Way with Sultry Glamazon Closet July 2014,
Full Blossom Magazines “Face the Sweet 2014”, "Evolution of Curves NYC Finale 2013" and teaching other young ladies how to walk a runway. Rosie has also had the pleasure to host the 2013 Latin Fashion Week Capitol Gala in DC in November where several Latin ambassadors were special guests and is always ready for new challenges and projects. She has appeared on television several times on; Univision Dallas, Telemundo39 Dallas, "The Bethenny Show", TV Azteca, Bronxnet, "Hablando Con Denise", TV Azteca & TV Mexico just to name a few and has recently filmed a pilot for a reality TV Show. Title soon to be announced. Rosie is also the Face and model image coordinator of Plus Size Diva Magazine.

Rosie was born and raised in Dallas, TX and is a proud daughter of her father Abel & mother Rocio and grew up with 3 brothers and also has 2 sisters and 1 brother in Cuba. Her passion has always been helping and encouraging others and her greatest virtue has been that she is a go getter and willing to drop anything to help someone in need. Rosie has recently been awarded a Citation from the New York State Assembly 68th District for exemplary service to the community.

She knows that she will forever be grateful for God's favor and the love and support of her family and friends.
