Born in Hong Kong and raised in Vancouver, trained in Science and Fine Arts, Ann struggles to categorize her works as they touch on multiple disciplines: conceptual, scientific, decorative or just-cause-I-feel-like-creating. Ann has done some visual art works that are mostly conceptual and scientific illustrations that help people visualize molecular processes.

Ann has been doing makeup casually since 2003 and has decided to become a professional makeup artist after helping a few wedding planners coordinate couple weddings. She enjoys seeing her clients leaving her makeup chair feeling fabulous; their smiles fuel her day.
