In his 14 year career in the fashion industry, early in his career he worked for Lancome Paris, traveled across the United States as a makeup artist and sharing his passion for beauty. Working for Redken, he continued to share this passion by training salon staff on color theory. Josh took his teaching to the next level as a platform artist for Paul Mitchell, doing demonstrations in front of thousands of fellow stylists. Josh took his skills to the runway and the magazine, placing 3rd overall at Vancouver Fashion Week 2010 and being featured in several magazines, newspapers, and fashion blogs.
