For the last four years I’ve been building the wedding photography side of Spearman Photography, now I want to explore other areas of ‘people’ photography. I’ve photographed a few sessions with amateur models for portfolios, and many others for publicity, headshots, families and events. These have been mainly commissioned jobs, and I’ve enjoyed having a creative input within a given brief, but I now want to develop my own style.

I like my photoshoots to be relaxed and fun, and I like my models to feel comfortable being photographed by me. At the moment I’m not able to pay cash for a photoshoot, but I’m more than happy to give models copies of edited and unedited photographs for them to use in their portfolios.

What I’m looking for are models for portrait, fashion, glamour and some nude work. I’ve not got any specific age, ‘look’, or experience in mind, I want every model to bring something different to a shoot. I’ve got my own lights and backdrops so I can work in a studio, on location, or at the model’s home. I’m also happy to photograph suggestions from models.
