Fitness modeling is a huge dream of mine! When I first picked up a muscle mag with Arnold in it bodybuilding totally fascinated me. I alway's wanted to be in fitness magazines,or do something showing off my hard body. Here is how I became "Big J" That's what everyone call's me now that Im 6'2,288Lb's! I would go to the gym in high school and workout after school but never saw real results. I always had a job during high school to so I never had to much time to really train and learn. I still a pretty big guy though for my age. Once I graduated high school at 18 I joined a gym and had way more time to train and learn new things. I watched guys workout and got a ton of advice on how to workout the right way and learned that pretty much 70 percent of building muscle is diet. Ever since I was 18, I have been consistently training harder and harder learning new workouts and techniques.This is how I got the excellent physique I have today.Through the year's I thought to myself,I would make a great fitness model! So that lead's me to MM,to break into the world of fitness modeling!
