I have been doing special effects and artistic makeup artistry since 2003. I have some training, primarily with stage makeup, but can do anything with what is at hand. I am a naturally artistic person; I can see a look and apply it regardless of an individual's own characteristics, such as making a blonde female look like Edward Scissorhands. My supply of makeup is not a collection of Cover Girl and L'Oreal, I use mostly Ben Nye products, which are specialized for stage use, meaning they won't run or stain clothing, including stage blood (edible and safe). When it comes to special effects blood and gore, anyone can take some fake blood and throw it on someone, but understanding how a bruise or cut develops and heals, and being able to apply that, is what makes good makeup. This is what comes natural to me.

I am looking for just about any type of work. Fashion, artistic, character, and gore makeup are my favorite styles. I don't work much with prosthetic makeup, but can do it given the materials.
