*BIO*
Hey there, my name is Winter, like the season, and yes its real, and no don't crack a joke about it. Trust me, I HAVE heard that one. I'm a working actress/amatuer model, and I don't have a lot of credible experience, as, living in Alaska, my opportunities are limited. I am however, signed with Laura's model and talent agency here in AK, and I'm working towards Hollywood. My big goal is to do films, drama in particular, and id love to get my start in independant films. I may be short, and not the scrawniest girl you've ever seen, but I'm confident that my abilities make up for that. Otherwise I wouldn't be here.

*TRAVEL*
Right now, my travel options are second-to-none, but if YOU want to pay for travel expenses, (plane, hotel, etc.) please keep in mind, I do have a day job and I'll need your request well ahead of schedule, and, I know it's asking a lot, but I'd need a companion ticket as well, as I do NOT like to travel alone. Also note, I will not travel outside of the U.S.

*ESCORT POLICY*
As for meeting with me, note that I will never be by myself when meeting with a new photographer/agent/etc. Please, when you make a plan to meet with me, expect that I either have a chapperone present, or we will be meeting in a very public area. DO NOT contact me and ask for private meetings.

*BACKGROUND CHECKS*
Also, please no creeps. I work for a law firm during the day, I WILL do a backgroud check on you if you so much as send me a message on here, I HAVE access to your court records, no matter what state you're from, and really it's not fooling anyone, it's just annoying.

*BOUNDARIES*
Please DO NOT contact me about ANY nude shoots, I dont give a rat's rear-end how artistic they are. It's not happening. Also do not contact me about anything unreleated to a acting/modeling job; this includes; facebook, memberships, hanging out, 'partying', skype, webcam, erotic webcam, phone numbers (unless pertaining to a job I have already agreed to,), spam, or anything your mormon grandmother would label as "sleezy".

*LINGERIE*
I'm not comfortable with it. I would be willing with a FEMALE photographer, or I would consider a GROUP lingerie shoot, as long as another female is present. I don't do sheer, I wont imply nudity.

*NUDE*
Hell no. Contact me for a nude shoot, I'll send you a very nasty email. And when I say 'nasty', I dont mean it as something you weirdos might enjoy. If you book a regular shoot with me, and THEN ask me for nudes WHILE AT THE SHOOT, I will--I WILL--Rip your F*ckin head off, do you understand? Good.

*PHOTOGRAPHER CONDUCT*
Dont touch me in any way that could be construed as inappropriate. Dont surprise me and ask for lingerie or nudes while at the shoot, after we discussed a clothed shoot. Any questions? Wondering what will happen if you do? Read above and beware.

*REQUIREMENTS*DO NOT SKIP OVER THIS IF YOU WANT TO WORK WITH ME*
This is a set of rules of mine that goes into effect on December 1st, 2011. The rules do not apply to the select few photographers who I have booked shoots/made contact with before this date. The rules apply to any photographers/agents/entities that contact me through ModelMayhem.com after the date of 12/1/11. I reserve the right to ammend, add to, or make changes to the following list of rules at any time, without warning.
1. Nude: I DO NOT do nude shoots
2. Information: Photographers/agents/entities that wish to work with me must read my full profile.
3. Contracts: With the exception of a TF shoot, a legal contract must be created and provided to me before any photo-shoots/projects are to take place, before I agree to any 'jobs', and before I will release any personal information.
4. Proof of Identity: Photographers must provide me with 1 reference AND a copy of their photo ID upon our first meeting, I will be willing to provide mine/my escort's upon request. If you uncomfortable with me having a copy of your full ID, read rule 9. Also, this does not apply to military ID, read rule 10.
5. No spontaneous shoots: Whether you are a photographer or agent, etc, you must arrange a meeting with me first, always in a public place. I have to get to know you a little bit, (and like you,) be comfortable with you, and talk a little bit about the project. This applies to TF shoots as well as paid shoots, but not out-of-state shoots.
6. Out-Of-State: Photographers/agents/etc. from out of state must fax or email to me 3 contact references AND a copy of their photo ID prior to me agreeing to any travel, photoshoots, or projects. You must also give me whatever solid proof you can come up with that you represent a legitimate company/business. Moreover, out-of-state entities will also be required to send any contracts/documents that apply to me, as a model, upon my request. I will ask for this before any corrospondance takes place. If you have nothing to hide, none of this should be a problem.
7. Contracts 2: I have no obligation to pay you unless a contract is discussed thouroughly, agreed with, and signed by the both of us. I may request to take the contract to my lawyer and have him look it over, if you have any problem with that, then it's no-deal.
8. Background Check: I reserve the right to ask for any personal/background information that is reasonable, such as, full name, date of birth, current address/phone number, liscence plate number, and/or facebook address. Most likely, I will not ask for these things, unless I feel that a full background check is neccessary. You have a right to decline to give me the above information, but know that if I feel uneasy, I may not wish to continue to make any sort of contact with you.
9. Your ID: I will keep a copy of your ID on file until the end of our first project together. At that time, I will shred it and instead write a review to keep on file, so that if we should ever consider working together again in the future, I can refer to it, and make my decision much more quickly rather than you having to provide the required information all over again. However, if you are uncomfortable with provided a full copy of your ID, please provide me with the ID Waver. (Below)
10. Military ID: I am aware that military ID's can NOT be copied or reproduced, so instead I ask that you provide me with the ID Waver. (Below)
