About Me

HI! My name is Yasmine, I am a personal trainer and currently preparing for the OPA regionals fitness competition in a few weeks. I graduated from York University with a degree in Psychology and also completed a diploma in Public and Private Investigations at Sheridan College.

Training and fitness is my passion. I love waking up in the morning and doing what I love as a career. My goals are to win this competition and potentially move onto the Provincial Championships and eventually get my IFBB Pro card.
