I have a new project where i am going to "Represent an aspect of contemporary culture"

I want to represent the BAD in todays society and show how culture has has gotten dark, with drugs, sex, rock and roll, alcohol, sleeze, smoking, se, sexuality, exposure, money, greed, depression, crime, benefits, mass consumerism, idealism, stereotypes and begin technology reliant.

As our youth culture relies highly on technology i want to shoot the majority of this project with film, so this would be a nice effect for your portfolio as it is a dying trade.

as you can see they are all bordering the documentary/fashion aspect of photography - which may not be everyones cup of tea but i think if you broaden your mind it can broaden your portfolio and be a really creative and beautiful thing.

I will be playing with sexuality and nudity, however not in every photoshoot, so if youre not comfortable doing implied or nude that is fine still reply, - dont worry i dont want it to be the tacky cheap over photoshoped nudes i hate them with a passion. and it will only be top nude, it cant be too distracting


they will be very "real" images so stylists will be an easy ish shoot for you to get hold of contempory outifts what are on trend at the moment, i want these images to represnt what 2012 is... the styles and cultures of todays youth. (which we are all apart of)

I am looking for all models, all shapes and sizes and i would like to do shoots singular, and group shots, so let me know if youre interested and i lets start shooting, i have a small time frame so asap.

the shoots will be TF and i can email you the images, unless other wise arranged.


I would also like to document peoples lives on a day to day, or getting ready etc... so if you feel you have an interesting life or a quirky look HEY ! haha

Hi Mercedez I noticed that you are a model and from the Manchester area. There is a networking event that i think would be very beneficial for you for the field that your in. There will be a few modeling agents scouting and acting agents scouting. Its a networking event for people in the field of Media, so models, dancers, actors, make up artists, director, cameramen, designers, stylists, photographers etc will be there. It will be a great way to get more work, exposure and knowledge of you field. I thought that i would let you know since you and the event is in Manchester.
