Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

My name is Vlasta and I'm a photographer trying to make a splash in Glasgow's photography pond. I shoot sport, fashion, portraits, social events, even landscapes during my regular hillwalking trips. Photography is a huge hobby of mine, not a business venture. And even though I do take paid assignments, I always find time to shoot what/who I like and when I like. If I had to describe my ambitions, I'd say I'm a competitive photographer, specializing on portraits. In 2012, I found out about competitions regulated by FIAP, RPS and PSA and joined the circuit. Since then, my photos were exhibited in several countries around the world. What appeals to me is that the results are not decided by number of "likes" on facebook, but rather by a panel of experienced judges.
I joined this site to find new models, MUAs and even photographers to collaborate with, to learn from, and, hopefully, to add some great images to our folios.

Models I worked with:

MIIISHA #2187132 she arrived on time even though it was freezing and spent almost two hours posing for me in the snow. She took directions well and I'd definitely work with her again.

Aimee Louise Owens #2370519 we met during the studio lighting workshop.
She's a great model, knows how to pose and is fun to talk to. I would definitely recommend her and would be happy to work with her again.

Nicole Abbott #561224 had a blast while shooting "Medusa" a couple of weeks ago. She was a great addition to our team, very professional, but fun to be around at the same time. Would I work with her again? Of course I would. And you should too...

Emzamara #1789832 it was a pleasure to meet and work with her. Beautiful, professional, knows how to pose and she's always smiling. Can't wait to work with her again :)
