My name is Keetz and my interest with modeling comes from being an alternative photographer. I am the mind behind Freak Alternative Photographic's (mm 1317177); when I'm not working full time in the studio or retouching my work, I'm studying (in my own weird way) a long list of elements that I bring into my art and that includes how to move and pose as model. I'm constantly telling models how to move and pose for my camera and learning new techniques to bring to the set. So as far as my modeling experience goes, telling models what to do and doing a small amount of modeling for make-up artists is as far as it goes. I believe seeing the photographic world from the other-side of the lens can be a very positive and fun learning experience. I am very excited to meet new photographers, make-up artists, designers, and all of the other fun people in this industry.

What am I looking for?:
1) The main reason I'm doing this is too HAVE FUN AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS. This means I'm only looking to do TFP work as a model. I already have a network as a photographer, and I love the people I've met on my artistic journey. I am very excited to meet other photographers, as I mostly end up meeting models/designers/stylists/etc....I hardly ever get too shake hands with other shutter bugs.
2) ALTERNATIVE STYLES ONLY PLEASE. I work as an alternative photographer for a reason. I have no desire to be a person of "modern style.", not that there is anything wrong with it, its just not my idea of fun. I'm a very open minded individual, and I'm even down for trying implied nudes (no spreads or full on, I might pose topless if I feel comfortable enough.). I'm a HUGE horror fanatic and I absolutely love scary or gorey concepts. If you have something in mind that is fun, freaky, scary, dark or grungy then you should definitely consider me.
3) Respect. I understand that this goes both ways, so I want to start off by saying to all the photographers out there: If you and I are shooting together, YOU are the photographer and I am the model. I'm not the kind of person who will walk in there and start telling you what to do and how to do it. I would slap anyone who tries to tell me how to do my job, and if I EVER do that to someone else I hope they smack me across the head. I'm down for talking about photography and all, but I'll never tell you that you're wrong. NOW, too discuss the other side....A lot of photographers don't always feel comfortable discussing certain things about their business, and for me that is retouching. I really do not feel okay discussing behind the scenes editing or anything to do with financial/legal issues so hopefully those are topics we can avoid. I want modelling to be a fun and creative experience and bring your concepts to life!! Lets make some art.


Other details you might find important:
-I have a shaved head and do not plan on growing my hair out. I'm willing to wear a wig
-I can cinch down to a 22" waist when working with proper corsets.
-I am not the best make-up artist but will show up to any shoot with a clean and clear face.
-I have a decent sized wardrobe that I'm not afraid to use, but I am definitely not opposed to working with designers.
-I have my own studio, and as long as its a shoot involving me I have no problem letting you use it. If needed, I can even provide the lights for our session (but I would prefer you use your own if you have them.)
-I'm crazy about collecting interesting props, so I have a lot too work with.
-I have tons of tattoos and I'm not going to cover them. Don't want a model with tattoos? Don't work with one :)
-I read anything that I have to sign.
