My big dream in life is travel and photography. I believe that the way to expand one's view of the world. Experiencing other cultures, meet people from other communities and see the beauty of nature, and sometimes ugliness, the world has helped me understand that all of our lives is interconnected within each individual. This has made me more appreciative of my own home and culture as well as all the people I've met, and I have become much more tolerant as a result. Through my photography, I try to document my own personal experience, to capture scenes and events as I see it and share it with others, the beauty and diversity of the world I've seen too. As the images of other photographers have inspired me to explore the world, I hope my own contributions will inspire others to do the same.
I see photography as a subtractive process, a distilling of reality into a personal vision. As such I often use the tools of modern photography, filters, digital enhancement - to try to capture in pictures the emotion I felt when I tripped the camera shutter.
Although originally trained as a practitioner of the computer and is currently a member of the faculty of dentistry, actually has been involved in photography since childhood. I have enthusiasm and a new appreciation for photography after meeting friends Jember Infrared community until recently.
After graduate school I started on a series of trips to far-flung locations, camera always in hand, collecting a variety of albums to document my adventure. Today some extracts from my license images for all sorts of commercial and editorial already in the official web. I specialize in travel photography and my work includes subjects ranging from panoramic views to the people and local culture, modelling photography and Infrared photograph.
