I am an amateur photographer who is looking to expand his network with a view to becoming firstly semi pro then professional. I need experience working with models and makeup artists and am prepared to offer my services for free in return for free use of models and make up artists. I have been photographing for three years and having initially an interest in landscape work I have discovered my niche in portraiture. I am lucky enough to have a willing (and beautiful) wife who I enjoy photographing in different scenarios and locations. I also have a daughter who is less willing but equally photogenic. I have recently started to offer my service to local rock bands in return for exposure and mention in their promotional work. Again I shoot on location and discuss with the band their ideas and come up with what I think will work best. I am booked in for a wedding shoot in the summer of which again I am doing for free in return for exposure and experience. I am also used frequently by a local business woman to produce photos of her interior design projects in clients houses. I have recently shot an executive box at Preston North ends stadium. Basically I want to use Model Mayhem to give me more experience and to expand my contacts in this cutthroat business. A sort of you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours. Hopefully I can gain some contacts on here. I look forward to working with like minded individuals. Simon
