Born in Cumbria I started as a childrens face painter, whilst still at school. Initially it was just a bit of extra pocket money. After I studied BA hons fashion at Middlesex Uni London. I went on to assist at Rankin and Cent Magazine. Money got really tight so I moved to Manchester and decided to form a band. Throughout all this time i never stopped face painting. at the beginning of 2009 I decided I wanted to practise painting full time as a Freelance. I then got offered work as a make up artist for different Fashion brands and colleges. It has really informed my painting and vice versa.
I work now as a make up artist, face and body painter. My clients have included, Warner Brothers, London College of Fashion, HRH Prince of Wales Start charity, and so many more. I have painted everyone from musicians, comedians, actors, models, children and even a cat!
My work has been endorsed by one of my favorite make up brands Illamasqua, I won the Alex Box inspired Competition last year.
My plans for the future are to travel with my work and continue developing and strengthening my style of work. I will be embarking in Airbrush and working closely with the music industry in the not too distant future.
My work has Been published by Blackdog in Mel Brimfields ' this is performance Art' and I have an upcoming Solo Exhibition in Shoreditch during London Fashion Week.
