Lèvres Rouges, also known as Joa, has been passionate about the beauty industry since she was about 9 years old. After extensive training in both skin care and make up artistry, Joa has become well known for her precise, creative approach to the art of makeup. With over 10 years of makeup artistry and skin care, Lèvres Rouges has competed in numerous competitions, worked with High Fashion Photo shoots and is the preferred Makeup artist for many professional photographers in the Fashion Industry. She currently works with the IHOF (International House of Fedoras) clothing line and has consulted for clients with major skin care brands. Lèvres Rouges continues to offer training and makeup services for weddings, photo shoots, video shoots, television, clothing lines and esthetic services.
