I love to collaborate with models, but will also hire models for my shoots, which are generally for my own artistic purposes. I've been published by local magazines and on Panasonic's Instagram. I do paid work, but I prefer doing my own artsy thing. It's a priority for me that my models feel comfortable and enjoy a collaborative experience in which their ideas and preferences contribute to the success of the photos.
