My Name is Justina Tse and as of January 29, 2013 I became a licensed cosmetologist. Hair and Makeup is my passion and I take lots of pride of all the work I have done. I enjoy doing all types of styles. I am a very hard worker along with the drive to push myself to the top. I joined Model Mayhem to network with many photographers, models, and other make-up artists. I am always open for new ideas and looks. My goal is to build my portfolio. I can't wait to what the future may bring! :)
