About Me

Hello and welcome to my profile.
Makeup has been a great passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Like all little girls I used to play dress up and practice on myself for hours. The best thing about makeup is that it washes off, so fear should not be a reason to not try something (this is the number one thing I always tell my clients who want to learn how to do their own makeup).
I have been a freelance makeup artist since 2004. I started this journey after I took a theatre makeup class at Ventura College. This class really opened my eyes and let me know the different looks I could achieve with makeup. Besides opening my eyes it helped me work on different types of faces. I recently took another makeup course at CAMMUA Makeup Academy to be able to add airbrush makeup to my resume. I feel as a makeup artist their is always room for improvement and that the sky is the limit. I can do body painting and special fx makeup. I love wearable makeup but I enjoy doing different things on occasion.
As a freelance makeup artist I have worked on countless proms, homecomings, quinceanera's, weddings, and military balls. I enjoy making people feel beautiful, the greatest reward is when a client looks into the mirror and is amazed by what they see.
