Hello there Model Mayhem. My name is B. Banks, short for Brandy Banks. I'm a 19 year old Minnesotan who wants to make a living out of my passion for fashion. I guess you could say that I'm a "little" experienced but I still have so much more to learn, so why not continue here? All of my life people have told me I should be a model but that's not why I choose to do it. For me, modeling started as something I was interested in & it has grown as a hobby. I figured, why not get payed to do something you love & fulfill your destiny? So far, I've done a few local fashion shows & photo shoots in the Twin Cities & I plan to do my first video shoot next January. I've also done a little promotional modeling & hosting. I freelance & have not been with any agencies yet so hopefully I can find the right one for me soon because there's lots of work to be done. By the time I rip my last runway & shoot my last frames, I want B. Banks to become a household name. I have goals of making it to Fashion Week, modeling in catalog magazines, Ripping the Runway on BET, becoming a Victoria Secret angel & SOOOOO MUCH MORE. There's too much opportunity out there & right now, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT. I'm sure I have the same or similar aspirations as other models but I honestly want to make mines reality.

Here's a little bit more about my experience:

In 2006, I did my first fashion show my freshman year at Como Park Sr. High School for our talent show. I've been in love ever since. The feeling of being on the runway is breath-taking. It makes me feel like I switched time zones or as if time simply stops when I begin to rip the runway. I love my signature walk but I plan on changing it as I make progress. I've done three more local fashion shows since then. I did 2 with Piff Ent. October & December of 2010 & another in October of 2011. I also did a fashion show with Chuku Ent. in March of 2011.

I haven't had as much experience as I want as far as photo shoots but I've done a few here & there.

What I want from Model Mayhem is to expand my dreams & horizons & share experiences with other members. At this point, there is no limit to what Model Mayhem can offer me & what I can offer Model Mayhem. I am a unique girl who is open to unique ideas. I have no problem with daring to be different so if you have a really random or weird idea, share it, please don't spare it.

My style in one word is probably classy. In two words, B. Banks. I don't like to stereo-type my style because it's still so very youthful.
