Finally taking the advice from my wife, my friends, and models I've shot, I've decided to cobble a portfolio together and get more exposure for something I enjoy doing. I'm not in this for any business opportunities, simply to work with new models now that I've nearly exhausted those I already know personally. What's most important to me is that YOU have fun, and bring any ideas you want to try - I'm always looking for new concepts to shoot.

I do have a home studio, but looking to practice more outdoor work. Sundays work best for me as far as scheduling goes, but feel free to get in touch and we can certainly coordinate something. Looking just for TFP shoots for the time being, and friends/SO's/etc. welcome to come along. More than likely my wife will also be around assisting me in posing and directing - she's far better than I at knowing how to line things up to look best.

My photography style tends to be a bit unorthodox and minimalist - I'm a bit of a purist and rarely use any editing software and instead prefer to make the camera do the work. I like experimenting with various lighting sources/studio arrangement to get the effect I'm looking for, and it forces me to look for novel solutions to shots.

Experience wise I have shot paid wedding gigs, but found that I vastly prefer working with models or small groups of people rather than the exhausting chaos of a marriage ceremony. Afterall, this is a labor of love, not a job!
