About Me

I am currently a Personal Trainer and massage therapist. I am also a mother of 2 active teenage boys. I love doing anything outdoors like hiking, running, swimming, biking and I am always up for an adventure. I have been in the fitness industry since 1992. I have taught lots of classes, ran in road races, biked in road bike races, obstacle course races and done triathlons with top finishing times in my age group. I have also competed in Fitness (2008) and Figure (2009) in National Physique Committee. If believe if you can do it, you will!! In doing all this I have found an interest in fitness modeling. I believe I could be an inspiration to woman and men. I am 40 years old and don't feel I look it. I have been working with a local photographer as his "muse" and have learned a lot and I really love doing the photos. I am very versatile and easy to work with. I would love to bring something to the table if given a chance.
