About Me

My name is Chris Paradis I'm 23 and I live in Utah. I'm originally from Plattsburgh, NY, but moved to utah in August 2011. I am a successful MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fighter, Muay Thai kickboxer and submission grappling athlete, and an aspiring fitness model. Along with that i love doing Le-Parkour (The art of movement) and working out staying in shape and helping others do the same through hard work and dedication. My goals are to inspire and motivate others to explore their abilities and to develop and discover new talents. My personal goals are to continue to improve my physique and overall fitness, continue in competing in MMA and eventually be on the cover of Men's Fitness magazine.
