Hi, my name is Sarah. Although my pictures may look amateur, I promise you I deliver. When it comes to makeup artistry, I believe that it should be what its title is: artistry.
You see, art has always been a big part of my life. I took it all throughout high school and enjoyed every minute of it. I always took to the creative side of a project, and I'd always focus on detail. For me, from the very beginning, faces were my favorite thing to draw.
My strength in the art field is blending. So, when I got a job at a makeup store, I didn't really have too much trouble trying to put makeup on people. I found it came naturally.
I mean, obviously there were tricks to be taught which I have gained knowledge of. Sure, I may not have the experience of a lot of makeup artists out there, but I do have the eagerness to try. I also love to be creative.

ILLAMASQUA is easily my favorite makeup brand. Youtube "Illamasqua Art of Darkness", and you'll see what I mean. That's the artistry I have always loved, and if I could be at that level one day, my dreams will be achieved. Alex Box, the creative director of Illamasqua, is also one of my heroes. In my opinion, she's the greatest makeup artist I have seen.

Let me know if you have any questions, or if you'd like to work with me. I will have to tell you beforehand that my schedule isn't very open, because I go to school full time and have a part time job. If you'd let me know about an IMPORTANT photo shoot that will take quite a long time, I can request a day off a minimum of two weeks beforehand. If not, just contact me a week or so before, and I'll see if I can find time.
I also am a very laid-back person to work with. I don't feel too pressured often, and I like an atmosphere similar to it. I'm not one to start drama.
