I am a freelance photographer and I have been taking pictures for more than 30 years. Currently I live in Cairo, Georgia about 30 miles north of Tallahassee, Florida. Before that I’ve lived in a few other places including: Mahopac Falls, NY; Springfield, Missouri; Pittsburgh, PA, Richmond, VA; Atlanta, GA; Ottawa, Ontario; Vancouver, British Columbia; and Toronto. Many places, many experiences, only so much time.
My first SLR camera was a Minolta X-700. The magic of photography became my passion and a medium for expressing my artistic and creative ideas.
I love fine art photography. My subject matter includes, but is not limited to: landscapes, portraits and abstracts. In addition to fine art photography, I can also be commissioned to photograph weddings and other special requests.
Besides photographic experience, I have a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario.
My work continues to expand into new territories. I have ventured into studio and creative portrait work with an emphasis on Social Justice and Social Change. Although my creations are thoughts brought to life in ways that please me, it is a bonus if others find meaning or pleasure from my work as it evolves. I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I enjoy making them.
