Bobby Cochran



Bobby Cochran is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina who began working for several photography printing studios local to the area shortly after high school.
At the age of 23, he entered the world of banking as an IT support specialist but kept photography as a hobby throughout his career.
During his banking career, he started utilizing Photoshop to create advertising layouts for the e-commerce area of the bank and quickly took on photography to help further his experience incorporating photos into advertising.
After 10 years in banking, Bobby decided to take the head first plunge into freelance photography, setting up a studio in his home.
it was a rough business to break into with little experience in a home studio atmosphere but after just a short couple of years, the opportunity to work as a photojournalist became available and Bobby went to work for Charlotte Weekly and Union County Weekly. This position allowed him to excel in greater areas of photography through shooting in new areas such as culinary, editorial, sport portraits, and entertainment.
Ten years into photography, Bobby Cochran has been published in several local magazines and papers, showcasing his ability for creative diversity in the photography and marketing fields.
Bobby is currently studying for an associates degree in web development to further his education in creativity and technology in order to bring the most options to his current, as well as future business clients.
