I am a professional fine art, portrait, live performance, documentary, and wedding photographer who has, since 1998, sought to capture and create imagery that has been described as edgy, conceptual, humorous, informative, provocative, subversive, timeless, and, at times, borders on the mythic. 1. Whether I am compensated or not, by consenting to a photo shoot with me, it is understood that I only release the very best of my work, and that I own and reserve *all rights* to my images.
2. When the circumstances are appropriate, I will occasionally make my services available for trade, daily expenses, or no compensation.
3. If I agree to do a photo shoot for little or no compensation, it is understood that, because I honor paying work first, the model must be patient, and the most any model can expect at no cost is up to three of my best photos, which will be licensed in perpetuity, to the model for web presentation only. Anything above and beyond the aforementioned will incur a cost.
