couple things out of the way, I am a professional and I treat models in a professional manner and expect the same from them.

I do not pay cash to models. If I am commissioned to do a shoot then the client will select a model from an agency and take care of that cost. My work on here is of my own desire for my own portfolio.

If I request to do a shoot with you and you are interested, you will receive a contract to be completed in agreement with our schedules, specifying time, place, outfits, supplier of outfits, private changing arrangements, security be it your chaperone and/or mine (I always shoot with a same-sex-as-the-model third party present) and a release to reprint the images I give you, only with my watermark in the corner.

I do not "show the camera" to the model during the shoot unless I am wanting to explain an adjustment with an image. I hire models to model not to direct shoots. I will select and share 5 hi resolution images from the shoot at a date no later than 2 weeks after the date of shooting.

I have served as lead photo editor for an A&F brand, so please, retouchers and editors kindly understand that friend requesting me is great and I am happy to accept but I do not hire editors and retouchers.
