I always wanted to be stronger and faster, and thought that lifting weights would be a great way to accomplish that. Finally, I realized I had found a real path for my life.

I have always been hungry for knowledge so decided to enroll a course of exercises and health studies and personal training.

I enjoy the discipline and drive that it takes to live a healthy lifestyle, and try to be a positive, healthy, fun, fit role model for people especially for other women. I want to be an inspiration to others and help people to lose weight, be healthy, more active.

I am a personal trainer, fitness instructor and sports consultant and currently training for a competition. Want to get people in shape and help them succeed whatever their chosen sport.
