I consider myself a keen amateur. Photography is not my day job - it's just something I enjoy doing. Like most things I enjoy I want to get better at it and having spent some time learning the basics I want to try to capture some interesting and different images. I'm inspired by really diverse and imaginative images and hope to be able to produce something worthwhile. I'm a keen climber hence the climbing shots!

I've joined MM because I'd like to get in touch with with models who might be interested in shoots with a relative newcomer! Although I'm not a pro I am able to cover expenses etc and with any luck get some shots good for portfolios. Although I've been dabbling for years I have only recently taken the plunge to get some half-decent kit and really excited!

I am passionate about tea above all else, and currently digesting every article on Strobist - really interested in learning and experimenting with lighting.
