About Me

I am going to make this simple. I usually do shoots with individuals or couples and on occasions, families between October through March. I am also retired so, this does not mean my schedule is wide open, it means I have slowed down with what I have done in the past.

I will be very forward and say, I want my models to come to me with an idea with a shoot they would like to do. If you can, bring your own props, make-up, and hair. Now, if you need help with this, we can work that all out.

You want to bring someone to the shoot that is not going to be in your photo, that is cool with me, however, I want to know in advance. We also need to either have a sit down to discuss our goal of the photoshoot. Tell me what you want to see come out of our photoshoot. Plan for a little bit of time after the shoot to sit with me and tell me your basic photos you believe worked best for you. This does not set in stone which ones get edited.

I have a few places that can work for a photoshoot. My sessions are only open to just before sunrise and just about an hour or two before sunset. Outdoors is my main place to shoot. I will shoot in the rain.

On occasion, I may have an idea and look for a model or two to help me out with what is going through my head for a shoot.

I ONLY SHOOT TIME FOR PRINT! There could be an exception if YOU come to ME and have a BIG project on a timeline. I just love adding to what I have.

I have been a photographer since 1987 and have worked for several studios, including Olan Mills, and was pursued by Lifetouch after I had gone to work for myself for many years! My current project is documenting the local auto races. It keeps me busy and on my toes. Again, I am still retired, my time I have available is limited.

I have also taken to some adopted wildlife and taking photos to later tell their story.

So feel free to view the photos here. Look at the photos on my web page. See if there is something that interests you. See if there is something that inspires you. And if all else fails, look in my list of friends and see if anyone there might serve you better or in an area that you need! You can always ask me for a good recommendation and I can see what I can do for you. However, my photographer friends are not retired and they do it for their business... I would be fair on who I would suggest if I had a suggestion.

Happy snapping!

Lisa~
