I have been a photographer most of my life, concentrating mostly on landscapes and family portraits. While I am still very much involved with landscape photography I also have access to a studio in the Calgary belt-line and work out of there for a variety of portrait photography styles.

The field of studio photography is a fascinating blend of the technical related to lighting and exposure, and aesthetics relating to posing, mood and theme. The challenges in the studio are quite different from those for landscapes. I have recently found a real enjoyment out of location-based portrait photography as it encompasses challenges related to both landscape and portraiture.

I believe my MM name best represents my objectives for portrait photography. I strive to capture images of my subjects that emphasize curves and femininity which she will personally love.
