I am from Harlem, NYC recently relocated to the Virginia area and looking to build my portfolio with more regional visual environments. I would like to shoot more swimwear, beach, outdoor themed, and in studio beauty shots. I love shooting dynamic black & white classic, timeless portraits with sculptural lighting. My background is in filmmaking (MFA Columbia University) and I am an international award winning Writer/Producer with films that have screened around the world. I like to shoot still photos as if we are creating a moving image so if your passion is in acting and modeling, I use more theatrical performance language than your average photographer and you will definitely walk away with a heightened sense and awareness of visual language.
