My name is Jessica. I am a photographer and a health coach. A few years ago I tried to pursue modeling, however I was very stressed by trying to keep my inch number at a specific number as well as my weight number. Since this really put a toll on my mentality of the industry as well as for myself, I began pursuing photographer and fell in love! Just recently I have worked on myself in a healthy way and learned the right ways to really get healthy and tone up! I lost 13 pounds and 19.5 inches of body fat! I feel better now than I did back when I was trying to model!!!! I want to help any models that have this struggle to provide the facts and a meal plan and then follow up with a photography session to really show off the portfolio!!!
