ABOUT ME
I am a professional makeup artist/photographer. I use Photoshop/Aperture/Lightroom and do all my own photo retouching. I graduated from Vancouver Film school in 2011 at the top of my class and I occasionally like to film demo makeup videos for promos etc. I used to operate as Lights&Lashes Photography, but I recently took my business in a new direction, hence the watermarks from older work showing "lightsandlashes"

MY STYLE
My business is geared toward teens, so I like my images to reflect a fun, fresh, commercial feel with fashion elements and often work with girls under 20 (or have a youthful look). I enjoy active photo shoots that involve movement with possibly jumping, running, laughing and dancing! Playful happy pictures are what I'm after and I welcome creative props and ideas! I'm not interested in doing anything overtly sexy or dark/dramatic. If you're interested in getting commercial coverage, I'm the lady to work with :D I do not have body preferences, so plus size or shorter heights are perfectly welcome.

DISCLAIMER
I've had mostly AMAZING experiences so far with Model Mayhem, though I've worked with the occasional flake. I'm interested in building my brand and business, so it's important to me to work with the right people, at the right time.
I no longer have the time availability or desire to shoot with whomever, whenever so I post specific castings when I am able to collaborate. If you are underage I will need your parents signature on my model release form.

MAKEUP | HAIR
I do provide makeup and hair styling, but never wardrobe (that is your responsibility). I like to discuss the theme and concepts for the shoot pre-hand and usually suggest you text me some pictures of ideas you have for wardrobe so we both come prepared!

TRADE
I typically will provide 5 high-res digital images (printable up to 11x14) from our session (which you may choose), unless specified. If you participate in a video, you will get a copy as well as any images taken from the session along with film credit. Turn over for images sometimes take a bit longer if I have a larger client load, but I try to have all images good to go within a week. I will post a private online gallery for 3 days for you to pick your top images. I will then complete my edits and send you a downloadable file of the images.
