My name is Lila Green and I am the creator and founder of Caribbean Lilac a Women’s & Men's Jewelry and Accessory online shopping store. I hand-pick and design unique and affordable jewelry items and place them all on my site to make it easy for women to find unique items they have been looking for. I love making people look great, but I also love making them feel beautiful as well. I believe that beauty comes in many forms but feeling beautiful is definitely more important than looking the part. My company Caribbean Lilac is dedicated to that. That’s why my company’s slogan is……”Beauty is not what you find on billboards and magazines… It’s what you see when you glance into a mirror, a pool of water, your coffee cup. Beauty is you!” I am not in the jewelry business, I am in the business of boosting self-esteem and self-awareness.

I came from humble beginnings, nothing major. Born and raised in Brooklyn, and was very fortunate to have been. New York city is the fashion capital and I was lucky enough to have sensory overload here in the city. I probably will never leave. I have done some traveling, but more importantly I have had the opportunity of meeting lots of people from all different walks of life here. I always try to find the beauty in each and every individual. I had an awesome conversation with a homeless gentleman just the other day in Grand Central Station. I am a lover of life and seeker of all things beautiful.

Behind my company, I also support a charity called Reaching Elderly and Abandoned Citizens Housebound (R.E.A.C.H). I donate 10% of my proceeds to the charity. It is a cause that is very dear to my heart and deserves the time and effort that we put into it.
