About Me

I just moved to Tempe. I practice a very powerful form of energetic healing called Emergence Care, developed by Dr. Steven Teagarden in Prescott. I really enjoy practicing and teaching breathing exercises and meditation. I am really into nutrition and food-healing. Pretty much anything healthy or healing, I'm into it.
