Tamara D. Taylor, founder of “Diva Glam” is a native of Richmond, VA. Ms. Taylor attended Richmond Public schools and upon graduation entered Corporate America by securing a job as a Payroll Specialist. While in this position Ms. Taylor felt unfulfilled and was left yearning for a different career path. In 2004 Ms. Taylor secured her Real Estate license and worked alongside her business partner Erica Harper to assist clients with achieving the American dream of home-ownership. It was while working as a Realtor Ms. Taylor re-discovered her passion for decorating. She received her Interior Decorating Certificate in April 2008 and began offering this invaluable service to all of her real estate clients. She specializes in home staging, organization, and de-cluttering.

In June 2009 Ms. Taylor took her passion of decorating up a notch and became a Professional Certified Make Up Artist. Ms. Taylor enjoys taking the everyday working woman and bringing out her inner DIVA! Ms. Taylor has a passion for encouraging woman young and old to embrace their natural beauty with our without make up. Ms. Taylor has worked alongside her award winning mentor Doris Carr for several years before branching out on her own. Ms. Taylor has had the pleasure of working industry shows such as “Lawrence Brothers” Hair Battle Royale, Alter Ego Photo Shoots, Bridal Shows, Model Photo Shoots, Weddings, and the Black Beauty Expo. Ms. Taylor relocated to the North Carolina area November 2011 and provides make up services throughout NC & VA. Diva Glam is a mobile concierge make up service specializing in make up application, eye lash services, eye brow sculpting, and beginner make up tutorials. Diva Glam is by appointment only and we will travel to any location.
