Blessed with great, supportive parents and some athletic ability, friends and sports filled my childhood days. I played football and ran track at the University of Michigan.
I worked in architecture for 40 years and have enjoyed golf for 53 years.

I developed my eye for photography through architecture and as the “photo dad” for our kids’ sports teams. My son, Matt, in track at the University of Pennsylvania (Captain and 5-time Ivy League hurdle champion) and my daughter, Kelly, in basketball (52-4, State Semifinalist) at Altoona Area High School, allowed me to stay really close to the kids, their teammates and all of the action. Along with my beautiful wife/model, Debbie, I’ve created my
photographic style of “Telling the Story” …capturing the feelings, colors, emotions… the special moments of
peoples’ lives.

From drinking wine along side the Grand Canal in Venice, skiing at the top of Mt. Blanc in Chamonix, France, catching marlin, sailfish and tuna in the Atlantic, cheering as part of 111,000 fans at Michigan Stadium, shooting the masses of people at Christmas in NYC, enjoying café au lait & croissants in Cortina, Italy, photographing 500,000 people celebrating the 4th of July fireworks in Washington, D.C., to coeds walking along the beach in Naples, Florida… photo opportunities are everywhere… all you have to do is look!
