I believe in people and that we’re capable of so much more than we
realize. I believe in honesty, compassion, and integrity. I believe in being prepared; for anything and everything. I believe in following your passions, being humble and that everything we accomplish is because of teamwork.

I believe in being moved; by art, humanity, dancing, children, and connection. I believe that learning should be a never ending process andthat time is valuable. It should not be wasted, regardless if it’s yours or someone else’s.

I believe in wine and chocolate, that blood relation does not determine family and in capturing moments as often as possible. I believe in curiosity, in conquering your own fears, and that we are compilations of the people we surround ourselves with.

I believe in health, both in mind and body, in learning a lesson from every interaction and standing by my word. I believe that learning from our failures cultivates growth. I believe in understanding that our words and actions affect those around us, and that it’s our responsibility to make positive impacts.

I believe in laughter, lots of it. I believe in pushing limits, within myself,and within society. I believe that an organized and clean environment allows us to be free from distraction and allows thoughts to flow.

I believe in personal accountability, and that I alone am responsible for my happiness.

I believe in taking risks.
