I am a professional make-up and hair stylist based in Delhi. I work with award winning photographers, acclaimed couture designers, models, artists and bridal parties. I also have experience with music videos and fashion shows.

As a young child I was always fascinated by the world of fashion & beauty, and while my peers were busy playing with toys I was more likely to be found with my head in glossy magazines reading about famous designers, models and make-up artists. As the years went by, my love of the fashion and beauty industry grew deeper. My idols included Linda Evangelista, Vivian Westwood and Kevyn Aucoin.

I have gained over 5 years of experience as a qualified make up artist and hair stylist. During 2010 I became a freelance make up artist and hair stylist. This was to broaden my skills and further enhance my experience and exposure within the industry.

My works have featured in the world's top publications including: Vogue (Milan), Marie Claire, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Harpers Bazar Femina, Mens Health, Robb Report, Atelier, Greh Laxami, GNG Magazine, La Fiesta etc.

I further enhanced my knowledge and skills by travelling to several places around the world to gain knowledge in Make-up Artistry. And have worked with many celebrities also.

I feel that, as an artist, it is crucial to constantly refresh my ideas and I find inspiration everywhere I look. I love meeting creative people during my work. They all have inspired me in one way or the another.

Shaan's approach to style is simple: "I'm all about using the right products in the right places to highlight the person's best features and natural beauty." As my work in many magazines, adds, newspapers demonstrate.
