About Me

Ft. Worth's most respected Personal Trainer. Judy is a 40 year old mother of two and got started in the fitness industry after a tumor was removed above her knee in 1995. She is now looking to start her fitness modeling career.

Judy has been improving the lives of many dedicated clients. She admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous about of discipline and determination. But Judy's techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.

Judy holds a bachelor's degree in Education from Texas A&M University, in College Station, Texas.

She is certified by the American College Sports Medicine (ACSM) and is a certified aerobics instructor by the American Fitness Associations of Aerobics (AFAA) and she is a ACE-certified Health Coach.
