Marta Bergantino was born in the town of Orense,Northwestern of Spain.At the age of five she
migrated with her family to Caracas (Venezuela)where she grew up as a Young girl showing an
special interest for the Fashion´s world and Arts.
Marta grew up absoving all the knowledge of the Miss Universe School sited in Caracas and it will
be seen later when at the age of 17 ,she moved back to Spain,her unique talent carried her by chance
to get on a runway by the hand of Heike Ferrari,The Fashion Director of “Traffic models
Managment”,one of the most prestigious modelling agencies in Spain(Madrid/Barcelona).After that
her career began to grow considerably after a sequence of shows in “Cibeles-Fashion Week of
Madrid” with designers such as:Francis Montesinos,Roberto Verino,Adolfo Dominguez,Antonio
Pernas, among others.
In 1999 ,she moved to Milan (Italy) where her career began to take off at an International level
.There she has worked for “Elite Model Managment(Milan)” and we can see her in shows for
Donatella Versace(in Milán/Madrid/Barcelona).Also,her numerous appearances in very prestigious
shows for: “La Perla, Chanel,Eres by Chanel,Cacharel,Loewe,Thierry Mugler..and the “fashion Week
of Belgium”, “Moda ad Lib (Ibiza)”,”Moda Viva” (Canarias Islands).In addition to its more than
48 seasons of fittings and shows for :”Dsquared,GF Ferré,Alexander Mcqueen,See By
Clohe,Moschino,Iceberg,John Galliano,Roberto Cavalli,Versace jeans,Pleind Sud,,Christian Lacroix,7
for all my Kind,J Brand..”Marta has campaigns for: “Puma,Wella,Kolestynt,Dynamic Look.
In addition to many Fashion Editorials and Covers for the magazines such
as:”Woman,Elle,GQ,FHM-Calendar,Interviú,El Dominical,LH,Wapa,Absolute(Madrid/Marbella)..
In 2002 Marta won “the Interviú Girl” Beauty pageant in Ibiza(Spain) after that in 2003 she has
worked for first time with the film director “Mike Newell”in an advertisment for US “I can´t belive
it..”Besides, Marta appeared in a Music Video for a famous Spanish Singer:”Alejandro Sanz”in the
clip: “He sido tan feliz contigo”.
During her passage for Italy envolved in the fashion world,she also shines on Tv as a co-host in a
televisión program “In bocca al Luppo” Rai Uno (Italian Television) and then in Spanish programs
such as:”Por la Mañana..”and “Noche de Fiesta” for TVE (Spanish channel).In others programs
for Tele 5 channel such as:“El juego de la Oca.. “Quedate conmigo..”with “M de Teresa
Campos.Besides her evident passion for televisión,Marta continues to expand her career and she
started working as a collaborator for a reporter in a Fashion show. Program called:”De tiendas..”
and in “Atractivate..”.for Cosmopolitan Channel.
In 2008,she started as a TV host in a daily show called. “Telequiz” for Sony TV with the Argentine
producer.”Patricio Rabuffetti” at the time director of Non Stop Co.Her passion for the World of
Expression,Arts and Television,leaded her to improve her theatrical techniques with spanish
directors such as” Iñaki Aierra” and “Eduardo Recabarren” with whom she also worked on Theatre
in the plays: “The Beard”(as a lead Popova)By Chejov and “The Case of the Crushed Petunias(As a
lead Dorothy Simple)By Tennesse Williams. Marta was training Acting at Lee Strasberg
Theatre&Film Institute in Los Angeles.As well ,she was acquiring stunt and film fighting skills
under the expert tutelage of boxing worl champion “Benny..The Jet Urquidez”.She also loves dancing
and she dances:Hip&hop,Funky,African dance,Flamenco,Rumba flamenca..Besides,she also
speaks:Spanish(native),Italian,Portuguese,French,English..
